Ingredients

    16 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean
    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1 clove Garlic
    2 cup Spinach, fresh
    1 tbsp Olive Oil
    1 tsp Nutmeg, ground
    2 serving Cheese - Feta, Crumbled - Treasure Cave x 1/4 Cup

Tips

Burger can be topped with a slice of provolone for extra flavor


Directions

1. In 1 tsp of oil, saute chopped onion until soft then add crushed garlic and cook about 1 minute.
2. A 2 cups of chopped spinach to onion and garlic mixture, cooking until all of the spinach has wilted. Season with salt and pepper to taste and freshly ground nutmeg. Cool
3. In a bowl, scramble one egg, add ground turkey, cooled spinach mixture, feta cheese, salt and pepper. Mix well.
4. Form 4 equal size patties and cook until ground turkey reaches internal temperature of 165 F.

Serving Size: 1 turkey burger.
