Introduction

Ginger Simple Syrup for mixed drinks or spritzer. Squirt over ice & seltzer water. Or flavored bubbly water. Ginger Simple Syrup for mixed drinks or spritzer. Squirt over ice & seltzer water. Or flavored bubbly water.

Ingredients

    2 stalks Peppermint, fresh
    5 slices (1" dia) Ginger Root
    4 tbsp Lime Juice, juice of 2 limes & zest
    1 cup swerve sweetner
    1 cup Water, tap
    3 Lime Leaves (optional)
    1/2 cup Ice to cool

Directions

Add water and fruit zest, lime leaves, peppermint stalk & Ginger into pot with water bring to boil. Simmer 5 mins. Let steep 1 hour. Strain. Add tea back to pot bring to simmer add 1 cup swerve or equivalent sugar. Stir to combine. Add Ice to cool down. Store in squirt bottle.
