Ingredients

    4 clove Garlic
    1 large Onions, raw
    430 Zucchini
    0.66 tbsp Soy Sauce
    104 gram(s) Poblano Pepper
    1.5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Directions

Saute onions first on high heat, reduce to medium once onions soft & add peppers; finally add zucchini when pepper is soft
