Ingredients

    494 gram(s) kirkland organic ground beef
    4 tbsp Elephant Garlic (by GRACELIA44)
    1 large Onions, raw
    0.5 cup Tomato Paste
    4 serving tomato, ripe, raw, heirloom 1 medium (by ISAPARADOX)
    1.5 cup 365 Organic Diced Tomatoes
    1 tbsp Basil
    2 tsp Pepper, white
    1 tbsp Parsley, dried

Tips

Yum! Stretch by adding quinoa, rice, or pasta


Directions

1. Brown meat well
2. Finely chop garlic
3. Roughly chop tomatoes, onion (vidalia, by choice)
4. add tomatoes, canned diced tomatoes, garlic and onion to small pot, along w/spices
5. Bring to heavy simmer, adding a little water if necessary,
6. Reduce to minimum, adding ground beef
7. Simmer for 60-90 minutes
8. Don't let it burn
