Ingredients

    3 cups Arugula
    1 cup, thinly sliced Fennel
    1 fl oz Lemon Juice
    1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    2 tbsp Almonds - sliced

Directions

Combine all the veggies and almonds in a medium bowl. Whisk the olive oil and lemon together. Pour into the salad makings and toss to evenly coat the salad, and serve.
