Introduction

Ingredients

    4 oz Great Value country style ribs
    0.25 cup Great Value Apple cider vinegar
    0.75 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    0.5 tsp Garlic powder
    0.5 tsp Onion powder
    0.25 tsp Kosher salt
    1 tbsp Great Value Low sodium soy sauce

Directions

Make rib marinade. Add garlic powder, onion powder, and soy sauce into instant pot. Add apple cider vinegar and water. Mix well and add ribs to marinade and add kosher salt. Marinade in fridge for 30 minutes. Don’t marinade any longer or ribs will be mushy because the vinegar tenderizes the meat. After time is up, remove ribs and place in a stainless steel bowl and drain marinade from instant pot. Rinse out instant pot and put 2 cups water for an 8 quart instant pot. Place rack and bowl of ribs into instant pot. Put on lid and cook on high for 15 minutes When done, do a 10 minute natural release. Then push the release button with the end of a wooden spoon to release any remaining steam. Add me homemade bbq sauce or your favorite and put on air fryer lid and air fry at 400 degrees for 8 minutes then serve. Serving Size: Makes 1 4 oz serving
