Ingredients

    Onions, raw, .50 cup, chopped (remove)
    Olive Oil, .20 cup (remove)
    Garlic, 3 cloves (remove)
    muir glen diced tomatoes, 1.5 cup (remove)
    earth fare tomato paste, 5 serving (remove)
    smart ground, 6 serving (remove)
    Parsley, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Basil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Salt, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Pepper, black, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Zucchini, 2 cup, sliced (remove)
    tofu-nasoya extra firm, 3 serving (remove)
    veggie shreds, 7 serving (remove)

Directions

saute onion, add garlic
add tomatoes, tomato paste and "beef"
cook for 15-20 minutes
add remaining ingredients
preheat oven to 375
grill zucchini for 1 min per side
crumble tofu and mix in herbs
layer zucchini with tofu mixture and sauce 3 layers
sprinkle cheese
bake for 30-40 minutes
