Ingredients
-
To make four wraps:
About a handful of each between them:
- Fresh Snow Peas
- Lettuce (your choice)
- Grated Carrots
- Hummus
- Trader Joe's Goddess Dressing (or any other Tahini Sesame dressing you can find)
- Shredded Cheese
- raw Cilantro
- Lime or Lemon Juice
- Tortillas
Directions
Lay the tortillas out flat (I like to run mine over the stove burner first to make them warm and soft). Spread hummus thinly and evenly around the tortilla. Do the same with the Goddess Dressing. Sprinkle some cheese all over as well. Then take snowpeas and place vertically in the center. Take whole Cilantro stalks (as many as you like) and place them in the center, followed by lettuce and carrots. Sprinkle with lime juice on top. Roll tightly into a wrap/burrito shape.
You can really be creative with this wrap recipe, but these are my favorite ingredients (a little tomato in there would be amazing as well!).
If you get them really full and wrapped tightly enough, you could slice the wraps to make beautiful healthy appetizer rounds!
Hope you like 'em!
