Ingredients

    8 tbsp Kikkoman Less Sodium Soy Sauce
    .25 cup, packed Brown Sugar
    6 tsp Lemon Juice 'Real Lemon' 100% juice
    1 tbsp Canola Oil
    .5 tsp Ginger, ground
    .25 tsp Garlic powder
    3 lb Pork, fresh, loin, top loin (chops), boneless, separable lean and fat, raw

Tips

Nutrition info includes full amount of marinade, but actual amount of marinade consumed in the pork will vary widely.


Directions

Mix everything except for pork chops in a heavy duty storage/freezer bag. Prick each pork chop several times, front and back. Add to bag and let marinate in the fridge for 6 to 8 hours.

Grill each chop over high heat (gas) or very hot coals for 6-8 minutes per side or to an internal temp of 140 degrees. Remove from grill, cover with foil, and let rest for 10 minutes until serving.

Chops can also be baked in a 350 oven for 30 minutes, or until an internal temp of 140 degrees. Remove from oven, cover with foil, and let rest for 10 minutes until serving.
