Ingredients

    454 gram Brussels sprouts Aldi's
    2 tbsp Chosen Foods Avocado Oil
    2 tbsp Kikkoman Low Sodium Soy Sauce
    0.5 tbsp Honey
    1 tsp Fresh minced Garlic (by MARINAM1984)
    0.5 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (by TORI7HARRISON)
    0.5 tbsp Sesame Seeds

Tips

*If you don't mind a few more carbs, this dish is even better with a full tablespoon of honey (15 grams carbs, 4 grams fiber per serving).


Directions

Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup. Place the Brussels sprouts in the pan. Mix all ingredients together (oil, honey, garlic and crushed red peppers), then mix with brussel sprouts using a large spoon or your hands. Arrange the seasoned Brussels sprouts, cut side down, in a single layer on the baking sheet.
Roast until browned and caramelized, about 30 minutes. Garnish with sesame seeds and serve.
