Ingredients

    1 cup dry Quinoa
    27 oz grilled chicken
    10 oz grape tomatoes
    1 red onion, chopped
    2 zucchini, chopped
    1 tbsp olive oil
    6 tbsp Private selection Spicy Hunan Stir Fry Sauce

Directions

Cook quinoa according to directions on package. Chop chicken and heat up in stir fry sauce. Toss tomatoes, onion, and zucchini in olive oil and roast at 425 degrees for 30 minutes.
