1.0 squash (4 inch dia) Squash, winter, acorn, raw
1.0 cup Tomato Sauce
1.0 cup Bush's, Black Beans
8.0 oz Beef, 90% Lean Ground Beef from Sirloin
1.0 cup cabbage raw
8.0 oz Kirkland Chicken Stock
1.0 cup Spinach, fresh
Directions
Saute all veggies, brown ground beef, add in chicken stock, tomatoes sauce and spices, simmer til all veggies are cooked thru, and tastes have blended well.
