    !/4 cup of brown basmati rice
    (pre-cooked and chilled)
    !/2 cup of yogurt, vanilla flavoured
    1 tbsp. of raisins
    3 tbsp. of whey and egg protein
    (vanilla flavoured adds sweetness)
    nutmeg & cinnamon to taste


Mix all ingredients together and stir. Refridgerate overnight for flavours to absorb into rice. Keeps up to a week in fridge, so go ahead and mix up the weeks worth of handy balanced high protein snacks.
