1 tbsp Now Psyllium Husk Powder
.5 tsp Salt
2 tbsp Kal Nutritional Yeast Flakes

1 tsp Garlic powder
1 tbsp Olive Oil
.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Tips
Making these with a kitchen helper makes these go a lot faster.
Directions
In a medium sized bowl add all ingredients expect oil and water. Mix well and then mix in oil and water. A bit more water might be needed if flour is really dry. Mix with a spoon until everything comes together. Knead the dough with your dads until it's soft and smooth - about a minute. Cut into equal pieces and roll into a ball.
Grease (coconut oil works well) wax paper and roll out dough between two pieces of wax (or parchment) paper. Take off top wax paper and bring the wrap with the wax paper to the fry pan. Flip the tortilla wrap into the pan and slowly release from bottom piece of wax paper. You will need two flippers to turn when bottom is brown. These are a bit tricky to make the first time you try but it gets easier. The time and effort is worth it. Everyone in my family loves these.
