Ingredients

    94.0 Grams Quaker Plain Corn Grits
    2.0 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    2.0 tsp poultry seasoning
    1.0 tsp Garlic powder
    1.0 tsp Celery powder
    1.0 tsp Thyme, ground
    7.0 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted
    4.0 serving 1 large egg (per the egg board) 50g
    1.0 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
    1.0 cup Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins)
    2.0 serving(s) chicken bullion, cube
    0.25 cup Ocean Spray Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce

Directions

1. Combine grits, cranberries and water and microwave on high for 2 minutes. Stir and microwave for 2 minutes. Stir and microwave for 1 minute 2. Blend eggs and mix into grits 3. Add spices, bullion, chicken to grits mixture 4. microwave for 4 minute at 50% power. Mix and microwave for 4 more minutes 5. Add shredded cheese and mix in to grits 6. Microwave for 3 minutes on high
