Introduction

Great ground turkey meatloaf that my husband and son can not get enough of! Pretty low in Carbs and Fat! Great ground turkey meatloaf that my husband and son can not get enough of! Pretty low in Carbs and Fat!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    ground turkey
    oatmeal
    garlic
    ketchup, low carb

Directions

Beat egg in a bowl, then add all ingredients but ketchup in a large bowl. Place in 9x9 baking dish. Place dish in oven preheated to 350 degrees.

Bake 30 minutes. Remove from oven, top with ketchup and place back in oven for 15 remaining minutes.

    How much do you use of each of the ingredients. Egg is not on the ingredient list. It sounds very good I will try and guess on the amounts. - 9/22/08

    I work with Jennifer and I've never had turkey meatloaf before until she brought it in one day for lunch and let me have some since I didn't have anything to eat that day. It's delicious and filling! I never got the recipe the first time so I'm glad she posted it. Thanks Jenn! I will make it soon. - 8/6/08
