1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
3 zucchini, sliced
300 g Scallops
1/2 cup Pesto
Directions
Boil pasta. Drain and set aside.
Heat oil with butter on med-high. Add scallops and zucchini. Cook until scallops are done.
Combine pasta, scallop, zucchini and pesto sauce.
