Ingredients

2 large potatoes
1/2 lb. fresh green beans
1/2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 onions, diced
4 clove Garlic
1/2 tsp Turmeric, ground
1/2 tsp Cumin seed
1/2 tsp Salt
2 cup Tomatoes (stewed)
1/2 tsp Lime Juice - ReaLime 100% Lime Juice
Directions
Boil cubed potatoes until just turning tender.
Add green beans.
Cook until beans are bright green.
Drain and set aside.
Heat oil in a large skillet over high heat.
Saute onion and garlic in oil until soft.
Add spices season to taste with red pepper flakes.
Cook until well blended and fragrant.
Add potatoes, green beans, canned tomatoes, and lime juice.
Bring to a boil and lower heat.
Cook 7 to 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
Serve hot.
