Introduction

The healthier way to cook apples.
I cook these up and add them to my
oatmeal.

Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
    1 cup chopped apples
    1 tsp ground cinnamon
    1/2 packet Stevia Plus

    Optional:
    1 T of Raisins or
    1 T of dried cranberries

Directions

Put applesauce into a small sauce pan. Turn burner on med to med high heat.

(If using "Optional" ingredients add them now)

Then add the apples, cinnamon and stevia.

Put lid on the pan and stir occasionally.

This is great on oatmeal or by itself
