Ingredients

Squash, any kind.
Red peppers.
Zucchini
Extra Light Olive Oil
Directions
1. Slice the squash, peppers, and zucchini into any size you wish. I normally dice the peppers and slice the zucchini and squash so they look like circles.
2. Turn stove on and place pan on top.
3. Put one tablespoon of extra light olive oil on heated pan.
4. Let heat up.
5. Put the sliced vegetables in the pan.
6. Let cook for 2 minutes, then toss them around so they cook all around.
7. Put one tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil on top of them and toss them around so they become oily.
8. Let cook for another 2 minutes.
9. Place veggies on plate.
10. You have delicious tasting, healthy vegetables.
