Another variation of the banana smoothie... Another variation of the banana smoothie...

Ingredients

    1 small banana (about 1/2 cup mashed)
    1 cup non fat milk
    1 tbsp sugar free chocolate syrup
    1 tbsp peanut butter

Directions

I slice & freeze the banana the night before, then blend everything together with a hand blender.

Makes 1 serving.

    fantastic for breakfast if like me u have kids to get ready and i just added extra bannanas for the kids made theirs then added the peanut butter for mine was lush will b makin it every other morning - 6/17/11

    Yummy! Instead of the syrup, I used cocoa powder and 1 tbsp of Splenda. Was delicious! - 2/12/09
