Ingredients

    5 cups - fresh chopped Broccoli
    5 cups - fresh chopped Cauliflower
    1 cup - shredded Cheddar Cheese
    2/3 cup - fresh chopped Red Onion
    1/2 cup - Raisins
    1 cup - Mayonnaise
    1/2 cup - Sugar
    6 strips - crumbled Turkey Bacon
    1/4 cup - Unsalted Sunflower Seeds

Directions

prepare all vegetables and combine with raisins, mayonnaise and sugar. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Then top with crumbled turkey bacon, sunflower seeds and then serve.
