Ingredients

    Egg, fresh, 3 large (remove)
    Milk, 1%, 1.5 cup (remove)
    *Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil, 5 tbsp (remove)
    Granulated Sugar, .2 cup (remove)
    Baking Powder, 3 tsp (remove)
    Yellow Cornmeal, 2 cup (remove)
    *Flour, white, 1.25 cup

Directions

Mix milk, egg, oil, sugar, and salt. Mix well. Sprinkle in the baking powder, corn meal and flour. Mix well.

Dry off hot dogs and dust with flour.

Roll hot dogs in batter and fry.
