Ingredients

    1/3 Cup Plain Yogurt
    2 T Olive Oil (or Tahini)
    1 t lemon juice
    2 cloves minced garlic
    2 t cumin
    1 Can chickpeas
    6 oz tuna
    pepper to taste

    6 oz Tuna drained

Directions

Mix Yogurt - cumin well. add chickpeas and tuna and mix. add pepper to taste.

serve with fresh spinach and whole wheat pitas
