Ingredients

    Tip Round Beef (3-oz)
    Worsteshire Sauce (1/2-Tbsp)
    Low Sodium Soy Sauce (1/2-Tbsp)
    Lemon Juice (2-Tbsp)
    Granulated Garlic (1-Tbsp)
    White Rice (1 cup prepared)
    Chopped Raw Onion (0.5 cups)
    Chopped Fresh Broccoli (0.5 cups)
    Chopped Red Bell Pepper (0.5 cups)
    Chopped Mushrooms (0.5 cups)
    Minced Garlic (1-Tbsp)
    Romaine Lettuce

    (optional: fresh 1/4-cup Jalapeno pepper--add 7 calories)

Directions

Cut Tip Round Beef into thin strips.

Marinate strips with lemon juice, Worsteshire sauce, and granulated garlic in sealed plastic bag. Place in refrigerator for 4 hours.

Skewer beef strips and grill.

Stir-fry chopped onion, broccoli, mushrooms, minced garlic, and pepper in canola oil (or no-stick spray).

Prepare white rice according to instructions on package.

Serve on romaine lettuce leaf as a garnish.
