Ingredients

    1 Lg Chicken Breast (cut into sm pieces)
    3 Hot Turkey Sausage Links (Sliced)
    1 Med Green Bell Pepper (diced)
    1 Sm Onion (diced)
    1 tsp Cajun Seasoning
    4 Garlic Cloves (diced)
    4 C Boil in Bag Brown Rice (cooked)

Directions

In a Lg non-stick pan brown the chicken & sausage until almost cooked through. Add in the veggies & seasoning, cover & cook on low while you boil the rice. When the rice is ready, drain & add to pan. Mix well & serve.
