Introduction

A delightfully tangy side dish for fish, chicken or pork. A delightfully tangy side dish for fish, chicken or pork.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    5 Medium Potatoes
    1 tsp Knorr Chicken Soup Mix
    1/2 cup water
    1/4 cup Becel Light Margarine
    1/4 cup Lemon Juice
    2 tsp Minced Garlic
    1 tbsp Ground Oregano
    Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 400F.

Wash (and peel if desired) potatoes; cut into cubes.

In a small dish, melt margarine.

In a large ziplock back, mix together the margarine, water, chicken soup mix, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper. Add potatoes and toss to coat.

Spread the potatoes out on a baking sheet lined with tinfoil and drizzle contents from ziplock bag on top of potatoes.

Bake in oven for 45 minutes, or until desired crispiness is reached.

Makes 6 servings.
