Ingredients

    1 5/8 Cups Water
    1 1/2 Tbs. Olive Oil
    3 Cups Bread Flour
    1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
    1/4 Cup Wheat Germ
    1/4 Cup Milled Flax Seed
    1 Tbs Sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. Salt
    2 tsp. Active Dry Yeast

Directions

Add ingredients to pan in order recommended for your bread machine. For a sunbeam, add in order listed being sure to keep yeast away from liquid by forming a well in the flour for the yeast.

Set machine for "french" setting and choose your crust color.

sit back and wait for the bread!

    DELICOUS bread recipe! I used 2 cups of white flour and 2 cups of whole wheat flour, and let the bread machine mix it on the "dough" setting. I then shaped & baked the bread at 375 for 30 minutes in traditional french bread loaf shape instead of the bread machine. It was a hit at my potluck! - 9/14/08
