Introduction

Zucchini and summer squash sauteed and then broiled to perfection. Zucchini and summer squash sauteed and then broiled to perfection.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 cup sliced zucchini
    1.5 cup sliced summer squash
    2 tbsp Blue Bonnet Light Margarine
    1 tsp fresh garlic
    .5 tsp dried thyme

Directions

Slice zucchini and squash. In medium sauce pan, melt margarine and add garlic and thyme. Add vegetables and let them brown for 12-15 minutes. Remove from pan and place on foil-lined cookie sheet. Broil for about 4 minutes or until desired color reached. Watch carefully! Add different vegetables to your taste.
