Ingredients

    Mix Well Stir good
    3 Eggs 3 cups Flour
    1 cup oil 4 tea Cinnamon
    2 cups sugar 1 tea Baking Powder
    1 tea Vanilla 1 tea Baking Soda
    1/4 tea Salt
    2 cups grated Zucchini (drained)
    Mix all together makes 30 cupcakes
    Bake 350 % for 18-20 mins
