Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    2.5C whole wheat flour
    0.5C cocoa powder
    1.5tsp baking powder
    1tsp baking soda
    1tsp cinnamon
    1.5C splenda
    3 large eggs
    1C unsweetened applesauce
    2tsp vanilla
    2C packed grated zucchini
    0.5C semi sweet mini Chocolate chips

Directions

Bake @ 350 for about 50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Spray 2 loaf pans with cooking spray. In a large bowl mix dry ingredients. In another bowl wisk wet ingredients. Add wet ingredients to the dry and stir until moistened. Fold in chips. Pour into loaf pans.

    Very Good
    I used 3/4 cup Truvia baking blend instead of splenda and it came out excellent. I will make this recipe again. - 8/6/13
