Very colorful and healthy recipe. Everyone loves this recipe when I bring it and it's really quite simple; just a lot of chopping. It looks great with all the different colors. Ingredients

    2 large ripe red tomatos, chopped
    2 yellow tomatos, chopped
    1 red onion, chopped
    1/2 cup chopped cilantro
    1-3 jalapeno pepper(s) (depeding on heat desire)
    2 tomatillos, husked & chopped
    3 cloves fresh garlic, chopped
    juice of 1 lime
    sea salt to taste


Directions

*Chop ingredients and combine in bowl
* If desired, and if you enjoy a strong lime flavor, grate the peel of the lime for some extra flavor.
*Serve with scoopable tortilla chips
