Ingredients

Garlic-6 clove
Chilli Powder - 1tbsp
1 cup chopped tomato
Canola Oil-1 tsp
Salt (or to taste)-¼ tsp
Tamarind pulp ¼ cup
Directions
1. Heat a tsp of oil in a pan and cook the tomatoes with the chilli powder. Saute till the tomatoes are cooked thoroughly.
2. Add the tamarind and fry for few seconds.
3. Let it cool, grind sauteed red chilli tomato mixture along with peeled garlic and salt. Do not add any water.
4. Use a little oil spray and cook mixture again till the garlic is cooked. Store the chutney is a fridge to be used as a dip for raw vegetables, a bread spread or just like sauce to add taste to about anything.
Please be very careful with the chilli powder and the tamarind. The quantities listed make the chutney very spicy and you might want to use lesser quantities.
