Introduction

Make these delicious tacos with Morninstar Meal Starter jumbles and eat your fill. Not your traditional taco. No chili pepper. We ate these IN Mexico and liked them much better.
Marinating time included in prep time.
Make these delicious tacos with Morninstar Meal Starter jumbles and eat your fill. Not your traditional taco. No chili pepper. We ate these IN Mexico and liked them much better.

Ingredients

    1 bag Morningstar Meal Starter Jumbles
    2 Tbs olive oil
    1 heaping tsp minced garlic
    1 - 2 Tbs lime juice
    1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
    1/4 tsp salt

Directions

Combine 1 T oil with garlic, lime juice, salt and red pepper. Stir. Add jumbles and allow to sit at room temp about 45 minutes.
Put in skillet with remaining 1 T olive oil and bring to a simmer. Turn off.
Assemble tacos.
I use Joseph's pita bread to wrap them in and serve with chopped tomatoes, onions, shredded cheese and lettuce. Shells and condiments NOT included in nutritional information.
