Ingredients

* 6 cups water
* .50 cup macaroni, uncooked
* 2 cups cabbage, diced or shredded
* 1 cup cauliflower, chopped
* 3 chicken bouillon cubes
* .50 cup salsa
* 1 tbsp curry powder
* 1 tbsp garam masala (or more curry)
* .50 tsp ground cinnamon
* 2 tbsp onion flakes or 1 small onion
* 4 tbsp dehydrated garlic
Directions
Chop cauliflower and cabbage to a size easily eaten by spoon.
Boil 6 cups of water in a large saucepan. Add bouillon cubes, cauliflower, cabbage, garlic, onion, and macaroni. Cook ten minutes or until macaroni is al dente, adding salsa in the last two minutes.
Reduce heat to low. Add curry powder, garam masala, and cinnamon. Allow to simmer for five minutes.
Serve hot with yogurt on top.
