Ingredients

    2.5 lbs Boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into bite size pieces
    2 tbs Olive oil
    1 16oz bag frozen Asian style vegetables
    2 blocks Chicken flavor ramen noodles

Directions

Heat a large skillet and add the olive oil. When oil is hot add the chicken and cook for about 5 minutes until white. Add the vegetables and the water and bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Add the ramen noodles and cook for another 3 minutes. Stir in the seasoning packets from the noodles and serve. 8 servings
