Ingredients

    Yellow Summer Squash, 1 medium, diced
    Carrots, raw, 1/2 cup, chopped
    Zucchini, 1/2 cup, diced
    Green onions/scallions 3 medium
    Tarragon, fresh 1 tbsp approx.
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Pepper and salt to season

Directions

Chop and dice all vegetables. Saute in skillet with olive oil with salt and pepper. Toss with Tarragon and then serve.
