Number of Servings: 6


    2 large cucumbers
    2 bell peppers
    1 large onion
    2 large tomatoes
    1 Jalapeno pepper ( optional )
    10 tbsp Kraft Fat Free Italian Salad Dressing
    2 tbsp cider vinegar
    1 tbsp yellow mustard seed
    2 tbsp celery seed


Put cucumbers in a food proctor, pulse a couple of times. Place in a large bowl. Than do peppers , onion, mustard seed, celery seed. Mix with cucumbers. Chop tomatoes and add. Add cider vinegar and Italian dressing.
Makes 6 servings
