This is a great dish that gets some veggies in you with a cabbage taste. Make sure you shred the cabbage very fine in a food processor for the best taste. Ingredients

    1 pound lean ground beef
    1 small onion chopped fine
    1/2 head cabbage chopped fine
    1/2 cup chicken broth
    1 clove garlic, finely minced
    1 tsp onion powder
    5 roma tomatoes coarsely chopped
    2 tsp parmesan cheese

Directions

Brown the ground beef with onion and garlic, then drain any fat. Mix all ingredients in a casserole dish, cover and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Makes 10 1 cup portions.
