Ingredients

    2 cups raw green beans cut
    19 oz chick peas - rinsed and drained
    10oz black beans - rinsed and drained
    1 diced peper (red, yellow or green)
    1 diced tomato
    1 cup corn rinsed and drained
    diced onion or scallion to taste
    1 finely chopped jalapeno (optional)
    1/4 cup fresh chopped cilantro or parsley

    Chili Lime Dressing
    1/4 cup olive oil
    zest of one lime
    3 T fresh lime juice
    2 tsp chili powder
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Makes 10 servings

Mix salad in a serving bowl.

In a seperate bowl whisk the dressing ingredients together. Pour over salad. Toss and chill.
