    Scrambled Egg, 1 cup.
    Onions, raw, 0.5 cup, chopped.
    Ripe Tomatoes, 0.5 cup, chopped or sliced.
    Hot chile pepers, 0.5 cup or Bell peper
    Mushrooms, fresh, 0.5 cup, pieces or slices.
    3 Flour tortilla, 8 inch.

Directions

An a pan put the oil. fry the egg and, add the rest of the ingridients to the pan, except the torillas, Simmer for 3-5 mins, warm the tortillas put everyting in the tortilla, and roll.
Enjoy wit a cup of coffe. or orange juice.
