Introduction

This is a combination of recipe scraps I had laying around. It turned out better than I thought! The meat was tender & juicy...and there is just enough gravy! Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 can beef gravy
    8 oz. mushroom pieces
    2 Tbs butter
    2 Tbs vermouth
    to taste:
    pepper
    season salt
    garlic powder
    onion powder
    splash worcestershire sauce

Directions

Pre-heat skillet to med-high.
Make patties w/seasonings to taste, place in skillet.
Add splash of worcestershire to each patty, if desired.
Cook until well browned on each side.
Remove from pan & drain.
Add butter, when melted, add mushrooms.
Cook 2-3 minutes.
Add gravy & stir.
Place meat back in skillet & simmer about 5 minutes.
