Great way for a high fiber and protien dinner! Great way for a high fiber and protien dinner!

Ingredients

    For One serving:

    1/4 box of Ronzoni Healthy Harvest Whole Wheat Spaghetti
    Any Pasta Sauce
    One tofu Burger patti

Directions

Boil pasta as instructed. In the microwave defrost and sort of cook patti. When pasta is drained, in the same pot add sauce and patti and let warm up. then add pasta! Bon Appatit!

    Good idea with the tofu patty, but it's a little difficult to gage the calories on a non-specific sauce, since some have WAY more sugar than others. - 8/31/08

    I USED MEIJERS BRAND CHUNCKY SAUCE WITH BELL PEPPERS. IT IS VERY LOW IN CALS. HOPE THAT HELPS!
