Ingredients

    Flour, white, 1 cup (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)
    Milk, nonfat, 1 cup (remove)
    *International Delight Fat Free French Vanilla Coffee Creamer, 2 tbsp (remove)

Directions

Beat egg then add and beat in all remaining ingredients. Spray a hot pan with cooking oil and cook about .5 cup at a time...swirling as you pour to make it thin. About30 seconds per side. Roll and serve with your faveorite filling. My kids insist on sugar but I like fruit.
