Introduction
A great breakfast or light supper food. Add extras if you wish, like raisins, coconut, nuts, etc. Eat plain or with milk.The original recipe had 1/2 cup oil, 1 cup sugar and 2 eggs, so the calories & fat have been greatly decreased.

Ingredients

1Tbl vegetable oil
1/2cup brown sugar, packed
1egg
3 cups oats
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup dry unsweetened cocoa(optional)
1 1/4 cup 1% milk
1 tsp vanilla
Directions
Mix oil, sugar, eggs. Add remaining ingredients. Bake in a greased 9x9 pan for 30 min in a 350 degree oven . Serve w/ milk, cinnamon, sugar, butter, etc-like you would w/ regular oatmeal.
