I use reduced-fat sour cream, nonfat Greek yogurt, and vegetable soup mix to make this deliciously salty dip that has a chunky texture. It goes really well with raw vegetables or crackers, like All-Bran. Ingredients

    8 oz reduced-fat sour cream
    8 oz nonfat Greek yogurt (such as Fages or Chobani)
    1 envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets vegetable soup mix
    1 box (10 oz) frozen spinach

Directions

Thaw spinach, either in refrigerator overnight or in microwave for five minutes on high. Squeeze liquid out of spinach and place in large bowl. Add other ingredients and stir to dampen all of the soup mix and break up spinach. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving.
