Ingredients



    * Sweet potato, 2 sweetpotato, 5" long
    * Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    * Chili powder, 1 tsp
    * Pepper, black, 1 dash
    * Salt, .5 tsp
    * Thyme, ground, .5 tsp

Directions

-pre-heat the oven to 350
-place oil, chili, pepper, salt and thyme in the bottom of a lidded bowl
-Peel and cut potatoes into thin strips like fries.
-add potatoes to bowl and put the lid on [make sure it's sealed]
-shake the bowl unitl the potatoes are coated in the mixture, and then place them on and ungreased cookie sheet
-cook for 25 minutes. The potatoes should be slightly candied and a little bit crispy.

    When I added ketchup on top they went from ok to amazing. They tasted just like regular fries with just a hint of sweetness. I like them better than Mcdonald's! - 3/17/08
