Spicy chicken in a whole wheat tortilla! Yummy! Spicy chicken in a whole wheat tortilla! Yummy!
Number of Servings: 6


    3 frozen boneless skinless chicken breast
    1 can black beans (drained and ground in food processor)
    1/4 cup shredded chedder (2%)
    1 package taco seasoning
    1 cup water
    1 head iceberg lettuce
    1 jar favorite salsa/pico de gallo


Cook chicken completely in covered pan with 1 cup of water and taco seasoning packet. Shred chicken and return to pan to ensure cooked throughout.
Serve lettuce, salsa/pico de gallo, cheese, black bean dip, chicken in divided serving tray.
Each person gets one tortilla on their plate - then build your own burrito!
Serves approx 5-6
