My Hubby doesn't care for veggies but he really likes this. Make it as spicy as you like My Hubby doesn't care for veggies but he really likes this. Make it as spicy as you like

Ingredients

    Ingredients:


    Cabbage, fresh, 1 head, small (about 4-1/2" dia) (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 large (remove)
    Baby Carrots, raw, 20 large (remove)
    Green Beans (snap), 20 beans (4" long) (remove)
    *Summer Squash, 1 medium (remove)
    Vegetable Broth, 4 cup (remove)
    *Tomato products, Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano, 7 serving (remove)
    Garlic, 3 cloves (remove)
    Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)

Directions

Makes 12 one cup servings

Put all ingredients in pot and cover. Cook on low temperature...the longer the better!!

Add salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!!
