Introduction

This soup is easy to make. I used all of the veggies that I have in my garden. This soup is easy to make. I used all of the veggies that I have in my garden.

Ingredients

    1 lb. Ground Chuck
    1 Cup Chopped Onion
    3 Cloves Garlic, minced
    1/2 Cup Chopped Green Bell Pepper
    1/2 Cup Chopped Red Bell Pepper
    1/2 Cup Chopped Yellow Bell Pepper
    2 Ribs Diced Celery
    1 1/2 Cups Diced Potato
    1 1/2 Cup Fresh Snap Green Beans
    8 Cups Water
    1 can diced tomatoes
    Beef Bullion to taste
    Salt and Pepper to taste
    4 Cups Chopped Cabbage
    2 Carrots, Diced


Directions

Brown meat, onion, celery, peppers, and garlic together. Add water, bullion, salt and pepper to taste. Cook over low heat. When mixture comes to a low boil, add the rest of the ingredients and continue to cook for about 1 hour or until to desired doneness.
